1. About the programme

Loft Rewards is a loyalty programme operated by The Loft Bar Kelham ("we", "us", "the bar"), located in Kelham Island, Sheffield. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Loft Rewards. Accounts are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

3. Earning points

• Points are earned by purchasing eligible drinks at the bar
• A staff member must scan your QR code to award points
• Point values are set by the bar and may vary by drink category
• Promotional multipliers (e.g. double points) may apply at the bar's discretion
• Points cannot be earned retrospectively for past purchases

4. Redeeming rewards

• Rewards can be redeemed when your balance reaches the required threshold
• A staff member must process the redemption at the bar
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Available rewards and point thresholds may change at any time
• Rewards are subject to availability

5. Points policy

• Points do not expire while your account remains active
• Points have no monetary value
• Points cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between accounts
• We reserve the right to correct your balance if points were awarded in error

6. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your QR code with others — staff may verify your identity before awarding points or processing redemptions.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via your profile page
• We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused
• If your account is closed, any remaining points will be forfeited

8. Liability

The Loft Rewards app is provided "as is". While we aim to keep the service running smoothly, we are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or changes to the programme. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
